The gates will be open from 8am for stall holders only.

Yes, if you have requested electricity then this will be available to you from 11am. Please note that there will be no power available before 11am!

Visitors FAQ's

General

Stalls: Some of the stalls will be able to accept contactless payments, however this is dependent on them having mobile internet connectivity. To keep things quick and easy, cash is the preferred option.

Car Parks: We are able  to accept contactless payments but with it being a remote location this can sometimes cause issues, again cash is the preferred payment method.

The festival runs from 11am to 5pm

The car park is open from 10am

Yes, there are toilet facilities available including disabled, located within Cabbage Patch.

Pricing

The festival is FREE to enter. However we do charge for car parking.

There is a charge of £10 per vehicle for parking.

We recommend using cash (quick and easy), however we also accept contactless payments.

Parking

The car park is located on the south side of the village. Check the ‘Getting Here‘ page for directions and maps.

Yes, we have a dedicated area for this and it will be signposted as ‘Parking area A’. You must have your blue badge parking pass to be allowed in. Please note though that the event is held within fields with uneven and in places, soft ground.

No. Once you leave the car park you will need to pay again in order to park.

If you cycle to the festival we have 2 dedicated bicycle parking areas where you can lock your bike to a secure mount (please bring your own lock). We ask for a small cash donation to park your bike.

The first bicycle parking zone is located at the Kingsbury Community Shop.

The second bicycle parking zone is located in the disabled parking area at the festival site.

No, the shop car park will be closed and there are parking restrictions on all roads into Kingsbury. If you would like to drive to the festival then you must park in the dedicated car park on the south side.

Road Closure

Yes, the main road through the centre of Kingsbury will be closed to motor vehicles between the hours of 10am and 5pm. However bicycles and pedestrians will be able to pass through.

It’s between the lock-up and the Wyndham arms pub. Village residents can still access Silver Street from the north side of the village.

No. As the road in Kingsbury will be closed from 10am in the morning, there will be no access to the car parks. You will need to go via Muchelney Ham, Stapleton and Coat. There will be plenty of direction signs around the area on the day.

Yes, pedestrians and cyclists will be allowed through but we will ask cyclists to dismount and wheel their bikes through due to the large crowds.

Food & Drink

Oh Yes! There will be a number of stalls selling a wide variety of different food and drinks. We also will have the Burrow Hill Cider bus selling alcohol.

We recommend bringing your plastic pint festival glasses with you!

Yes, a number of stall holders will be offering these. Please check on the day with the stall holder.

Yes, we have fresh running water on site. The taps are located against the hedge between Cabbage Patch and Harry’s field.

Dogs

Yes you can, but they must be on a lead at all times and you MUST clear up after them. No Exceptions!

Yes, we have free water taps on site that you can use along with some water bowls.
